Handling Time

The handling time is the number of business days that it will take to ship an order after receiving your payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for all online orders to be packed.

Standard Post

Standard postage service is shipped by Australia Post. Delivery with standard postage will be charged at the following rates:

The below delivery times are estimated delivery times provided by Australia Post from our location to your delivery. To calculate your total delivery estimate you must add handling time and shipping time as dependent on your respective post code.

2-3 business days for postcodes: 2000 - 2338, 2413 - 2430, 2500 - 2639, 2649, 2653, 2665 - 2672, 2720 - 2730, 2740 - 2820, 2845 - 2877, 2900 - 2920

VIC is approx.

This option is our Express Post service shipped by Australia Post, to any location in Australia.
Flat Rate Shipping Fee - $19.95 | NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, WA, NT.
Make sure someone is available to collect the delivery and please provide a contact phone number.


We take the Fuss out of shopping, where you can just browse and order from the privacy and comfort of your own home and we take care of the rest.

All shipping times are dependent on product availability. At this time, we only ship from Sydney, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Australian statutory holidays.

Please note that in the case of multiple items, we may ship products as they become available. Consequently, your order may be shipped to you in a number of pieces. Orders of this nature are only charged ONCE for shipping, regardless of the number of separate shipments sent.

Domestic orders can be expected within 2 to 14 business days after shipping from our Fulfilment Centre. You will receive an email when we despatch your order.

We make every effort to fulfil all orders placed, however we cannot guarantee the "in stock position" at any of our suppliers and occasionally we are informed a title is no longer available; if this is the case we will notify and refund the customer via e-mail and remove the title from the website.

The Customer is solely responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees.

Payments made via Bank Deposit/Internet Transfer, must be remitted within 3 days of purchase or your order will be subject to cancellation without notice.

For your peace of mind, tracking is included on all orders!

We guarantee all insured orders. If you receive any product that is damaged, contact our Customer Service with your order number, photos if needed and a brief description. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability). Once we have received the damaged product at our processing centre, we will credit your account for the return shipping charges.

If your product is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your product.
